Tuition assistance can make it possible for 3- and 4-year-olds in our area to attend a quality preschool program. The Preschool Place and Kindergarten proudly partners with Preschool Advantage to give children a fair chance to succeed in school with an early start. We had a lot of special helpers at school today in honor of Take Your Child to Work Day! It was a great opportunity for children to learn firsthand about the work their parents/grandparents perform at The Preschool Place! Children had a chance to read to students, help with art projects, and do some behind the scenes work in the office! What do you get when you combine an obstacle course with a Super Mario Brothers theme... a super fun fitness class led by Mrs. Van Doren! Students had the chance to choose their character (Mario, Luigi, or Bowser) at the start of the course and set about to complete several challenges with the goal of saving Princess Peach at the end! Tossing a star into a bin gave the characters special powers, jumping through hula hoops gave an energy boost, and walking a tightrope led to a Princess Peach cutout they could high-five and "save."
